The Linea Family

Established in October 2020 by partners Ar. Ronil R. Del Mundo, Ar. Joneal Joshlyn P. De Jesus, and Gerardo S. Carlos Jr., respectively. A proud Filipino-owned company, comprising a dynamic team of committed and skilled individuals with diverse backgrounds in the construction industry. The company stands out for its commitment to excellence and technical expertise.

Meet The Management

Ronil Del Mundo

CO-FOUNDER / CONSTRUCTION HEAD

Ronil R. Del Mundo earned his Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Mapua University. He started his career as a junior architect at a highly esteemed design firm and advanced to head of the Design Department at a prominent general contractor, where he oversaw projects including townhouses and government establishments.

Joneal Joshlyn P. De Jesus earned his Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Mapua University. He began his career as a BIM Architect after completing his training at a top architectural firm, managing projects like the Park Triangle in BGC. He later joined a distinguished general contractor as a Senior Architect.

Gerardo S. Carlos Jr. is the Administrative Manager and Finance Head of Linea Architects. With previous experience at a company specializing in IT product distribution and supply chain services, he gained extensive exposure to the business industry, prioritizing and upholding a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
